Automatic Information Collection

In addition to the information that you provide to us, we may also collect information about you during your visit to our Website.  We collect this information using automated tools and website analytics tools, including but not limited to beacons, tags, Javascript and cookies, as detailed below.  These tools may collect information about your behavior and your computer system, such as your internet address (IP Address), your geolocation, the pages you have viewed, and the actions you have taken while using the Website. Trusted third parties that we contract with or have a relationship with may help us gather and collect information as well.

As noted, some of the tools we use to automatically collect information about you may include:

  1. Cookies. A “cookie” is a small data file transmitted from a website to your computer’s hard drive. Cookies are usually defined in one of two ways, and we may use both of them:
    1. session cookies, which do not stay on your computer after you close your browser, and

    2. persistent cookies, which remain on your computer until you delete them or they expire.

We use the following categories of cookies on our Website.
      1. Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around the Website and use its features. Without these cookies, services you have requested, such as maintaining a record of your purchased items (e.g. a shopping cart), cannot be provided.

      2. Performance Cookies. These cookies collect anonymous information on how people use our Website to help us understand how you arrive at our site, browse or use our Website and highlight areas where we can improve, such as navigation. The data stored by these cookies never shows personal details from which your individual identity can be established.

Of course, if you do not wish to have cookies on your devices, you may turn them off at any time by modifying your internet browser’s settings. However, by disabling cookies on your device, you may be prohibited from full use of the Website’s features or lose access to some functionality.

  2. Google Analytics We may use trusted third parties to assist in the operation of the Website and which may also process cookies in support of that operation. One such trusted third party partner is Google Analytics. The Website sends aggregated, non-Personal Information to Google Analytics for the purpose of providing us with the ability to conduct technical and statistical analysis on the Website’s performance. For more information on how Google Analytics supports the Website and uses information sent from the Website, please review Google’s privacy policy available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

  3. Web Beacons. A Web Beacon is an electronic image. Web Beacons can track certain things from your computer and can report activity back to a web server allowing us or our trusted third parties to understand some of your behavior while using the Websites. If you choose to receive emails from us, we may use Web Beacons to track your reaction to our emails, such as whether you opened them or not. Examples of such emails might be welcome messages or billing alerts.  We may also use web beacons to record if you click on the links and at what time and date you do so. Some of our third party marketing partners may use Web Beacons to track your interaction with online advertising banners on our websites.  This information is only collected in aggregate form and will not be linked to your Personal Information.

  4. Embedded Web Links. Links provided in our emails may include tracking technology embedded in the link. Some of these links will enable us, or our trusted third party service provider, to identify that you have clicked on the link in the email and, in some cases, this click information may be attached to the Personal Information that we hold about you. This data is used to improve our service to you and to help us understand the performance of our marketing campaigns.

  5. Chatbots, RPAs and AI. We may use a chatbot, robotic process automation or artificial intelligence to collect, retrieve and/or deliver information to you.  Services provided by these methods are computer generated and not moderated or checked.  Please remember to verify all relevant information.

  6. Other Tools and Information.
You can opt-out of having your site activity available to Google Analytics when using Chrome and installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-analytics-opt-out/fllaojicojecljbmefodhfapmkghcbnh?hl=en. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (gtag.js, analytics.js) that is running on websites from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit activity. If you are using a browser other than Chrome, please review their analytics blocker options.

This website also uses Mouseflow: a website analytics tool that provides session replay, heatmaps, funnels, form analytics, feedback campaigns, and similar features/functionality. Mouseflow may record your clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, form fills (keystrokes) in non-excluded fields, pages visited and content, time on site, browser, operating system, device type (desktop/tablet/phone), screen resolution, visitor type (first time/returning), referrer, anonymized IP address, location (city/country), language, and similar meta data. Mouseflow does not collect any information on pages where it is not installed, nor does it track or collect information outside your web browser.
