Exceptional Customer Service
Called regarding an Integrity/Grange policy payment that was due during the COVID-19 crisis and was able to defer payment for April and May to help their customers. The rep that assisted me was so helpful and empathetic as she explained the opportunity offered. In times like this it is so important to be with the right partners. Thank you for the exceptional service and for taking care of your customers.

Quick Response to A Claim
Terri handled my claim for a minor accident, a fender-bender. She was efficient and fast and set everything up, including an arrangement with the rental care agency. She has informed me that the estimate from the shop for repairs was accepted and payment sent. All this in a very short period of time, even with the Thanksgiving holiday intervening. I am grateful for her prompt and effective assistance

Amazing experience
I was thoroughly impressed by the cordiality displayed by the customer service rep I spoke to. He was incredibly professional and polite throughout the conversation, and I truly felt that he cared about my situation and was doing everything in his power to assist. His conduct to me signified adherence to the highest of standards and reflects great credit upon himself, and Integrity Insurance.

Affordable Insurance with perfect coverage
Had a little mishap with a deer earlier this year. Surprising how much damage they can do even at minimal speed! Integrity handled our claim quickly. Their customer service is excellent. Vehicle now good as new.

Super service!
WE live in one half of a duplex. we had a hail storm and I called Integrity and filed my claim. The owner on the other side did as well with her insurance company. Integrity PAID IN FULL (minus deductible), but our neighbor's insurance company PAID ZILCH. Jake is a jerk! She has since changed policies to Integrity, even though she was loyal to the oter company for more than 40 years.

Great customer service
When our truck was destroyed in an accident it was a logistical nightmare. As it’s booked on jobs for weeks in advance.

Payment options not great
The customer service rep was nice. The company though doesn't accept American express which is not ideal. Also to stop auto pay its not guaranteed to not take the money out of your account if you don't tell them a full 10 days and it has to be in writing, it's not an option to do in their app or on their website. Not a fan but they're cheap so I guess I get what I pay for.

Old-Fashioned, Genuine Customer Service
People in the service profession are often polite, but simply being polite does not equate to geninue customer service. Integrity Agent Brenda provided authentic service and was responsivle with her follow-up. Working with her was a breath of freash air.
Inegrity stopped insuring our category of business, self storage, which is very unfortuante from my perspective.

Smooth and easy claims process
We experienced an act of God (hail) that did damage to our home and car. Filing a claim online was so easy, the claims agent called us immediately and explained next stips, and check were promptly delivered to cover the costs. All around a great experience.

So helpful!
I cannot thank the customer service team, especially Nick in helping to process a claim for a snowmobile accident. Nick went above and beyond helping to secure a salvage key to process the claim while I tended to my husband who was in the hospital for a month. I was kept informed and payment was processed promptly. I appreciate all the hard work and extra effort!

Great coverage and easy, fast claim
After a storm tore shingles from my house I was afraid that a claim would be a long drawn out process. I was wrong. My claim money was here fast. That enabled me to go ahead and have the roof replaced quickly so that no other damage would occur from the missing shingles. Pete K. handled my claim and I'm so appreciative of his efficiency and expertise. Thanks again

Great experience with a wonderful agent
I received such kind, helpful, efficient, professional service from Jessica. I was not the Integrity insured party, but she worked with me and her client who was responsible for the damage to my vehicle. She treated me as if I was insured with Integrity. We need more Jessica's in the world. She is a credit to the company. She personifies the Integrity name!

Slightly on the expensive side with little commun
My agent went out of way to find coverage but now I have had very little communication with her on possible ways to lower my coverage and that makes me think I need to at least compare again to see if my current coverage is still right for us.

Glad you were there when I needed you
Never thought I'd need renter's insurance then there was the fire in my apartment building. I was lucky to "only" have smoke damage. Ken helped me through the whole claims process. He was very knowledgeable and explained every step in simple and easy to understand terms. Answered the many and any questions I had and returned my calls and emails promptly.

Customer Service Needs Improvement
I have not been billed for increased coverage on one vehicle, but was double billed for the three vehicles on the policy. A phone call to discuss was announced as a 30+ min. wait, and a subsequent email sent 4 days ago has not been responded to. Separately, getting someone to communicate about a claim for hail damage has been slow and time consuming.

Outstanding company
Ever since I have had Integrity insurance it's been nothing but top notch. My Agent Penny is the BEST EVER. I never have to worry about anything because she's got everything handled for me. I am one to shop around just to make sure I am getting the best bang for my buck. By far, Integrity is above them all. Thanks for all you do for me and my family.

Fair and Prompt
I had a car that was flooded in a bad storm. The water damage was severe. Integrity took care of everything. There was very little for us to do. They picked up the car assessed the damage and offered a fair settlement. It was stress free, with fantastic customer service. The claims adjuster was polite, friendly, prompt, and thorough. Thank you!

We found multiple scratches on our car without knowing what actually happened. We called on on a Monday morning to see what could be done. We worked with Robert, who was a great help! There every step of the way!
I was involved in a hit & run accident and Rob was there every step of the way. He made sure I was ok and taken care of through the entire process. The ease of communication with texting back and forth was seamless. I am so thankful thankful to have a claims representative like Rob through what could have easily been a huge nightmare on my end.

Claim handling
Kalie was assigned to my claim and she was able to get the process rolling very quick to get it settled. She's very responsive and provided updates on every steps of the process. My truck got totaled so she was able to give the final value within just a few days. Very happy with Integrity's claim handling process and it's claim service team.

Excellent claims experience!
Lindsay was wonderful to work with. She was timely and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
