Everyone pleasant, complicated process
Everyone has been great to discuss this with. It was a bit confusing and complicated when the professional roofer was expected to take photos instead of having an adjuster come out. The adjuster eventually came out, but maybe we could have gone straight to that part instead of me sending pictures? Also, were the pictures I put on Hover for damage ever utilized?

Best Claims service in over 20 pluse years !
We had a tornado and wind storm ...I put a claim in even as an agent and found Linda's response to be the best I've seen in over 20 some tears as an agent or a customer! I pulled out of the claim thankfully but Linds's promptness throughout the entire process topped them all..Integrity you certainly stand by you're name with your claim system and atleast this claim agent! In a world full of complaints she deserved more then a 5 star...I wish we wrote buisness with your company!

Over priced and terrible customer service
I wouldn't recommend them to anybody I care about. After paying for 10 years with zero claims we got a notice saying they wouldn't renew out policy. They are not a good company and to be honest I feel really stupid for staying with them for as long as I did.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Tasha this morning for a bill renewal. I did not ask for an employee ID # or anything but I'm sure you can trace the call to give her the positive feedback! She was just very pleasant, despite it being early in the morning. I know it takes me a few hours to feel "good" for the day. She was also very quick & efficient for my call, which is important to me before I start my own work day! She has the right balance of making a caller feel good while staying focused on completing the call. Hopefully she can be used as an example for others to learn from! Submitting this review has been more of a challenge (adblocker plugins & such) than renewing my policy (that's a good thing)
