Do I need a personal bank account to receive a digital payment?
No, we offer several options that don’t require a bank account, including a prepaid debit card and PayPal deposit.

How quickly will I receive my funds?
The payment method determines the time it takes to receive your payment. Your funds can be available in a few hours with e-payment methods. Non-electronic payments can be received via mail in 7-10 days.

How will I get my claims payment?
You’ll receive an email alert to choose how you would like to receive your digital payment option. Next, enter our secure payment portal to select your payment option. Payment confirmation will be sent once the payment has been received.

What happens if I accidently delete the email where I select my payment options?
