Thorough and professional customer service
I had the pleasure of speaking with customer service agent Andy on 3/14/25 and was quite impressed by how thorough he was in setting expectations for upcoming renewal events and when I could expect my new documentation and invoice. He was equally thorough in discussing how to remove a feature from my account preventing me from paying in full and what to expect with that, as well. He did more than answer my questions and knew what I needed to know, and made sure to explain it. Excellent customer service skills on display throughout the interaction.

Home insurance
After being left hanging to dry by a local agent and the insurance company, Elaine came to the rescue. Having dealt with Elaine and Integrity before for my car insurance, she really did go the extra mile, not by advertising but by physically doing something. Not only that, I saved on my car insurance through a bundle package.

Great service in after an unfortunate event
The entire process was easily navigated. My Claims Adjuster quickly contacted me an worked through the entire process helping me find a local repair facility and quicky processing the items discovered during the initial disassembly.

Great experience
I had no issues getting my checks to replace my roof. From the time they discovered I had hail damage to completion of the job was less then 4 weeks. It was quick and painless.
