Worst insurance company I've encountered
Customer service was deliberately incompetent and rude while trying to resolve a claim. Would not agree to restore my car to its original condition with OEM parts. It was incredibly difficult to get in contact with customer service. They would not answer the phone, would take days to call back, and would not agree to solve obvious errors in the claim. Terrible company full of terrible people.
