Terrible claim service on a total loss of a vehicle. Their valuation process is a scam. They use CCC intelligent solutions - do your research on them. My claim advisor made clerical errors on my claim and transparency and communication were pretty much non existent. I have been a customer that insured 3 different homes and countless vehicles through Integrity over close to 20 years. Yesterday I switched and canceled my auto policy and my home owners is next this week. Save yourself the hassle spend your money anywhere but here.
