While we are very excited about the flexibility and features this modern system will create for you, we also know that this period of renovation has caused disruption for some of you. Knowing that, I wanted to personally apologize for any challenges you have experienced that may have impacted your billing and/or service experience with us. We are working hard to ensure that the disruptions some of you experienced, become fewer by the day and that we will return to the outstanding service experience you have grown to expect from us.
