How do I enroll in paperless billing and documents?
You will need a MyIntegrity Account (log in or sign up, it's free), on the homepage "Go Paperless." When you click Settings & Alerts, click the box for each policy that you wish to enroll in paperless and select submit.
How will I remember to pay my bill?
After enrollment, you'll receive an email notification every time a new bill is available. You can set up electronic payments to automatically deduct your premium from your bank account each month.
We also offer convenient text and email alerts to remind you when your bill is due, payment has been received and more.
To enroll, log in or create a MyIntegrity Account and go to Setting & Alerts.
Will I be notified when my documents are available?
You'll receive an email from us when your documents are available online.
Can I update my paperless preferences and go back to paper?
Absolutely. You can update your preferences if you change your mind through your MyIntegrity Account .

Go to Settings & Alerts
Uncheck the box for each policy that you'd like to unenroll and click submit
Is my personal information secure?
The safety and security of our customers Personal Information is highly important to us and we take every step to keep your data safe. Our security measures include the use of administrative, physical and technical security procedures while we’re sending and receiving sensitive information. For example, if you enter identifiable information, like a Social Security number, we will use secure technology to encrypt the transmission of that same information. This secure method is called socket layer technology (SSL).
We also limit access to your Personal Information to only those who need it to do their jobs at Integrity or provide services for Integrity on your behalf. We have a strict privacy policy are comply with all lows in the collection, use and sharing of your personal information.
Are all my accounts and policies eligible?
Most policies are eligible for paperless but there are some excluded like Mortgagee-billed policies, life insurance policies and select commercial lines products are unavailable for paperless billing and documents. We encourage you to log in or create a MyIntegrity Account to see if your accounts and policies are eligible. Follow these steps

Check the box for each policy that you'd like to enroll and click submit
