Integrity's Board of Directors The Board of Directors of Integrity Insurance Company, a member of the Grange Mutual Holding Company, work together to help make decisions supporting the strength and integrity of our company. M. Marnette Perry Board Chair M. Marnette Perry has served on the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors since 2007 and has previously chaired the Investment Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee and has served on the Executive and Human Capital and Total Rewards Committees. She most recently served as Senior Vice President and Officer of The Kroger Company, where she led eight retail divisions, spanning 20 states. During her 44 years with Kroger, she held numerous leadership positions, including President of the Columbus division and President of the Michigan division. Perry additionally serves on the board of trustees of The Ohio State University Foundation, the James Cancer Hospital Foundation, the Kimball-Midwest Advisory Board and the Chautauqua Institution Board of Trustees. John Ammendola Director John Ammendola has served on the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors since Nov. 2014. He also serves as a Director and President & CEO of Grange Insurance, Integrity’s partner; a position he has held since 2015. John began his career with Grange as president of Personal Lines, later becoming chief property and casualty officer. He previously served as senior vice president of sales and marketing at Kemper Insurance Company and held several leadership positions with Safeco Insurance. John started his insurance career with GEICO, where he ultimately served as assistant vice president of the mid-Atlantic region. Kathie Andrade Director Kathie Andrade joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2020. Kathie is a seasoned business leader with deep experience in financial services, operational excellence and design, technology strategy and deployment, and risk management. She most recently served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Retail Financial Services at Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) and led the business in providing banking, lending, insurance and investment solutions to five million retail customers. Prior to TIAA, Kathie served in various leadership positions at Bank of America for more than 20 years. She currently serves on the boards of The Brinks Company and Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. Kathie was named one of the 25 “Most Powerful Women in Finance” by American Banker in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Jim Benson Director James (Jim) Benson joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2021 and serves on the Audit and Investment Committees. Jim is a 30+ year technology industry veteran with deep financial, operational, capital markets, corporate governance and risk management expertise as a public company CFO. He also has extensive experience with the strategic and operational challenges of leading a global company. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM) from 2012 until his retirement in 2020. Before joining Akamai, he spent over 20 years at Hewlett-Packard (HP) in a number of senior executive roles, including CFO for HP’s $14 billion America’s Technology Solutions Group. He also serves on the board of Temenos AG (SIX: TMSNY), a leading global software provider of banking solutions. He holds a BS in Finance from Bentley College and an MBA from Clark University. Mark L. Boxer Director Dr. Mark L. Boxer joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2013 and serves on the Human Capital and Total Rewards, Corporate Governance and Executive Committees. He chairs the Corporate Governance Committee. Mark serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the University of Hartford. He is also an Executive Venture Partner with Health Enterprise Partners. Mark retired from Cigna as its Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information and Digital Officer in 2020, having served in that role since 2011. Prior to Cigna, he served in various leadership roles at the Xerox Corporation, Anthem and Hewlett Packard. Mark serves on the board of the University of Connecticut Foundation, where he chairs the Audit and Compliance Committee. He was a founding member of the Internet Ecosystem Innovation Committee. He also is an independent director for the EIS Group, a leading software company. Mark has the distinguished honor of holding a Certificate in Cyber Risk Oversight from the National Association of Corporate Directors. Terri Brown Director Terri Brown joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board in Feb. 2017. She is also a member of Integrity’s partner, Grange Insurance Company, Board of Directors. Terri is the Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer for Grange Insurance, a position she's held since 2016. Prior to her arrival at Grange, she served as senior vice president of property product management for Allstate Insurance, where she was responsible for the company's $9 billion property portfolio. Prior to Allstate, Terri served as executive vice president and chief risk officer for Aviva North America and then served in the company's London headquarters as risk framework director. Terri has also held senior positions with Deloitte Consulting, LLP, Safeco Insurance and Travelers Insurance. Michael D. Fraizer Director Michael D. Fraizer joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2016 and serves on the Audit and Investment Committees. Michael is an operating advisor of Blue Heron Capital. Previously, he held a number of senior positions with General Electric and GE Capital, before serving as chairman and CEO of Genworth Financial Inc., which went public from GE. Michael is also a board member of community service and nonprofit boards, such as Richmond Performing Arts Center, Virginia Commonwealth University and the Mary and Frances Youth Center. Robert E. Hoyt Director Dr. Robert E. Hoyt has served on the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors since 2011. He currently serves as chair of the Audit Committee and serves on the Executive and Investment Committees. Robert is the Dudley L. Moore, Jr. Chair of Insurance and has been a faculty member at University of Georgia since 1988, where he is the department head for Insurance, Legal Studies and Real Estate. Robert also serves on the Board of Directors of the Journal of Insurance Regulation and on the editorial board of Risk Management and Insurance Review. He is a trustee of the Griffith Foundation for Insurance Education and a director of the Spencer Educational Foundation. Robert also serves as a vice president of the International Insurance Society. Suzan Kereere Director Suzan Kereere joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2018. Suzan is SVP, Europe Merchant and Acquiring and of Global Merchants Accounts for VISA, Inc. Prior to joining VISA in 2016, Suzan held numerous senior level positions with American Express, where she was employed from 1996 to 2016. Suzan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Tufts University. She serves on several non-profit boards, including the New York chapter of the American Red Cross and the Zawadi Africa Education Fund. Thomas S. Stewart Director Thomas S. Stewart joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 1993 and has previously served on the Investment and Audit Committees. He is currently the Human Capital and Total Rewards Committee Chair and serves on the Corporate Governance and Executive Committees. He is a lecturer in the Human and Community Resource Development Department of The Ohio State University. Prior to teaching, Tom was general manager and then vice president of WBNS-TV and served on the station’s Board of Directors. Tom also serves on the boards of The Ohio Association of Broadcasters, The Community Shelter Board, The Upper Arlington Education Foundation and various committees and task forces of The United Way of Franklin County. Christianna Wood Director Christianna Wood joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2013 and serves on the Investment and Audit Committees. Christianna is a past chair of the Investment Committee and has served on the Corporate Governance Committee. She most recently served as chairperson of the board of governors of the International Corporate Governance Network. Previously, she was the CEO of Capital Z Asset Management and the senior investment officer for the Global Equity Unit of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS). Christianna is a trustee of Vassar College, serves on its Investment, Audit, Budget and Finance Committees and is chair of the Vassar College Trustee Investor Responsibility Committee.
