The Board of Directors of Integrity Insurance Company, a member of the Grange Mutual Holding Company, work together to help make decisions supporting the strength and integrity of our company.


M. Marnette Perry

Board Chair

M. Marnette Perry was elected to the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2017 and as board chair in 2020. She currently chairs the Capital and Finance Committee and Executive Committee. Marnette has previously chaired the Investment and Corporate Governance Committees and has served on the Human Capital and Total Rewards Committee. Marnette most recently served as Senior Vice President and Officer of The Kroger Company, where she led eight retail divisions, spanning 20 states. During her 44 years with Kroger, she held numerous leadership positions, including President of the Columbus division and President of the Michigan division. Marnette additionally serves on the Boards of Trustees of The Ohio State University Foundation, the James Cancer Hospital Foundation, the Chautauqua Institution, and the Kimball-Midwest Advisory Board.

John Ammendola

Director

John Ammendola has served on the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors since Nov. 2014. He also serves as a Director and President & CEO of Grange Insurance, Integrity’s partner; a position he has held since 2015. John began his career with Grange as president of Personal Lines, later becoming chief property and casualty officer. He previously served as senior vice president of sales and marketing at Kemper Insurance Company and held several leadership positions with Safeco Insurance Company. John started his insurance career with GEICO, where he ultimately served as assistant vice president of the mid-Atlantic region.

Kathie Andrade*

Director

Kathie Andrade joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2020. She chairs the Human Capital and Total Rewards Committee and serves on the Capital and Finance, Corporate Governance and Executive Committees. Kathie is a seasoned business leader with deep experience in financial services, operational excellence and design, technology strategy and deployment, and risk management. She most recently served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Retail Financial Services at Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) and led the business in providing banking, lending, insurance and investment solutions to five million retail customers. Prior to TIAA, Kathie served in various leadership positions at Bank of America for more than 20 years. She currently serves on the board of Waddell & Reed Financial, The Brink’s Company, and Lincoln Investments. Kathie was named one of the 25 “Most Powerful Women in Finance” by American Banker in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Holly Benson

Director

Holly Benson joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2024. She serves on the Audit and Corporate Governance Committee. Holly is the founder and CEO of Screen Corps, LLC. She formerly served as the EVP, President and CEO of Health Care Enterprises, a division of Centene Corporation. In her role at Centene, Holly led a portfolio of entrepreneurial acquisitions and was responsible for growing those companies, expanding their product offerings to internal and external customers, implementing value-based contracting models and integrating functions into Centene. Before Centene, Holly served as Secretary for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. She also served as Secretary for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and as a member of the Florida House of Representatives. Holly is on the Boards of Avalon Healthcare Solutions and AptiHealth and is on the Advisory Boards of Paytient, Spectator Health and NEMO. She also sits on the Board of Ascension Florida and chairs Pensacola Mural Fest.

Jim Benson*

Director

James (Jim) Benson joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2021 and serves on the Human Capitol and Total Rewards and Investment Committees. Jim is a 30+ year technology industry veteran with deep financial, operational, capital markets, corporate governance, and risk management expertise as a public company Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He also has extensive experience with the strategic and operational challenges of leading a global company. He is the CFO of software intelligence company Dynatrace (NYSE: DT). Jim previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM). Before joining Akamai, he spent over 20 years at Hewlett-Packard (HP) in a number of senior executive roles, including CFO for HP’s $14 billion America’s Technology Solutions Group. Jim also serves on the boards of Temenos AG (SIX: TMSNY), a leading global software provider of banking solutions and Xplor Technologies, LLC a global provider of software, payments and commerce-enabling technologies. He holds a BS in Finance from Bentley College and an MBA from Clark University.

Mark Boxer

Director

Dr. Mark L. Boxer joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2017. Mark currently chairs the Corporate Governance Committee and serves on Audit and Executive Committees. Mark retired from Cigna as its Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer. Prior to Cigna, Mark served in various technology, strategy and operational executive positions at Anthem, Xerox and HP. Mark serves as an Executive Partner at Health Enterprise Partners based in NYC. He is also an independent director for the EIS Group, a multi-line software company and on the Board for CGI Federal, a leading government contractor. He is a trustee for the University of Connecticut and UCONN Health Center, where he chairs the Audit and Compliance Committees. He also serves on the Board of Visitors for the Medical University of South Carolina. Mark was a founding member of the Internet Ecosystem Innovation Committee. Mark has the distinguished honor of holding a Certificate in Cyber Risk Oversight from the National Association of Corporate Directors, a Certificate in Corporate Governance from Cornell Law School and a Certificate in AI Strategy from the MIT Sloan School.

Phil Davis

Director

Philip Davis joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2024. Philip serves on the Human Capital and Total Rewards Committee and Investment Committee. He joins Integrity as a Managing Director at Accenture. With over 25 years of strategy consulting experience focused on customer-centered growth and broad-scale business transformation, Philip has led customer experience improvement and transformation across Travel, Industrial, Software & Platforms, Banking & Payments, Technology and Telecommunications industries for clients across North America, Europe and Australia. Before joining Accenture, Philip held positions in strategy consulting and business operations across a variety of brands including Visa, BearingPoint, Citibank and Bain & Co. Philip serves on the Board of Advisors for Yale School of Management and is Executive Fellow, Yale Center of Customer Insights.

Michael Fraizer

Director

Michael D. Fraizer joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2017. Mike currently chairs the Investment Committee and serves on the Audit, Capital and Finance and Executive Committees. Before joining the Integrity board, he was in the corporate world for 32 years holding several senior positions with General Electric and GE Capital, before serving as chairman and CEO of Genworth Financial Inc. Mike serves as a director of MUFG's Americas Holding Company MUAH, along with the related Risk Committee and Advisory Board, and serves on the board of RPAC Inc. (Richmond Performing Arts Center). Mike is also a Senior Advisor to the private equity group Blue Heron Capital.

Rob Hoyt*

Director

Robert E. Hoyt, Ph.D., has served on the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors since 2017. He currently serves as chair of the Audit Committee and serves on the Capital and Finance, Executive, and Corporate Governance Committees. Rob is the Dudley L. Moore, Jr. Chair and Professor of Risk Management and Insurance in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He has been a member of the UGA faculty since 1988 and served as the head of the academic program in risk management and insurance for 23 years through June 2023. Rob also serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Insurance Regulation and as an Associate Editor of Risk Management and Insurance Review. He served as President of the American Risk and Insurance Association and as President of the Risk Theory Society. He was Board Chair of Athens Regional Medical Center and he serves on the board of Global Energy Resources Insurance Company, a captive insurance company.

Cheryl Lebens

Director

Cheryl joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board in 2025. As Chief Financial Officer for Grange Insurance, she oversees financial management, risk management and investment portfolio, ensuring the company’s continued financial strength. With 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Cheryl has held several key leadership roles, including President of Personal Lines and Vice President, Chief Risk and Strategy Officer at Grange. Before joining the company in 2012, she had leadership positions in finance, corporate strategy, sales and marketing at Nationwide Insurance and Safeco Insurance.

Tom Stewart

Director

Thomas S. Stewart joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2002 and serves on the Corporate Governance and Human Capital and Total Rewards Committees. He is a lecturer in the Human and Community Resource Development Department of The Ohio State University. Prior to teaching, Tom was general manager and then vice president of WBNS-TV and served on the station’s Board of Directors. Tom also serves on the board of the Franklin County Hospital Commission.

Christianna Wood

Director

Christianna Wood joined the Integrity Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2017 and serves on the Audit, Capital and Finance, and Investment Committees. Christianna is a past chair of the Investment Committee and has served on the Corporate Governance Committee. She is the Principal of Gore Creek Capital LTD and has served as chairperson of the board of governors of the International Corporate Governance Network, CEO of Capital Z Asset Management, and as the senior investment officer for the Global Equity Unit of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS). Christianna is on the board of directors of Delaware Funds, the Board of Trustees of Vassar College and serves as a Harvard Advanced Leadership Fellow.
