Jill Wagner Kelly President Jill began her role as President in January 2014, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and has led Integrity to record growth and profitability. As President, Jill is responsible for providing direction and leading the achievements of Integrity’s brand promise, vision, strategy and annual operating goals and objectives. Jill is also part of the Grange Leadership Team in Columbus, OH, helping set strategy and execute at the enterprise level. Jill received a BS in Business Administration and MBA from Lakeland University and serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way, Prospera Credit Union and NAMIC, as well as actively participates with St. Joe’s Food Pantry. Brent Hammer Controller & Treasurer As Controller and Treasurer, Brent is responsible for Integrity’s financial reporting functions including accounting policies and procedures, financial strategies and compliance. He also leads the development of Integrity’s corporate strategy with support and involvement from the leadership team. Brent received a BS in Accounting from Ohio University, MBA from University of Dayton and is a CPA. He also earned CPCU, ARe and ARM insurance designations. Brent is an active volunteer with Furniture Bank of Columbus. Steve Klingemann Vice President, Personal Lines & Marketing Steve Klingemann is the Vice President, Personal Lines & Marketing of Integrity Insurance. He joined Integrity in 2012 as Vice President, Personal Lines overseeing underwriting functions, product development, growth and profit. In Nov. 2015, Steve was promoted to Vice President, Personal Lines & Marketing and is responsible for Marketing strategy and operations in addition to his leadership role in Personal Lines. Steve received his BS in Actuarial Science from Maryville University of St. Louis, is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He serves on the YMCA Fox Cities Corporate Board and the NAMIC Personal Lines Committee. Christian Martin Vice President, Claims & Sales Christian Martin is Vice President, Claims & Sales at Integrity Insurance. Christian joined Integrity in July 2011 as Vice President, Claims overseeing all aspects of Integrity's claims operations. Promoted to Vice President, Claims & Sales in Nov. 2015, Christian adds Sales strategy, operations and activities to his responsibilities in addition to his leadership role in Claims. Christian brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He received his undergrad from Southern Arkansas University and has his Associates in Claims and Legal Principles Claims Specialist designations. Dan Trochil Vice President, Commercial Lines Dan is Vice President of Commercial Lines and leads Integrity’s commercial underwriting strategy and all aspects of underwriting functions and assures the development and implementation of underwriting policies, guidelines and procedures. Dan started his career at Integrity in 2012 as Commercial Underwriter and was promoted to Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager in 2014. In January 2017, Dan took on the role of Director of Commercial Lines and in March accepted the role of Vice President. He brings 10 years of experience in underwriting. Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, double majoring in finance and marketing from The University of Iowa – Iowa City. He’s currently working towards his CPCU certification. Katey Smith Vice President, Human Resources & Administration Katey joined the Integrity Executive Team in July of 2014, bringing over 20 years of HR experience to her position. She is responsible for all human resources functions including compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, organizational development, employee relations and human resources planning. As Vice President of Administration, Katey assumes additional responsibility for managing the Support Services, Facilities and IT departments at Integrity. Katey received her BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, and has earned SPHR designation.
