John Ammendola

President & CEO

John Ammendola is President and CEO of Grange Insurance. He oversees the future development and growth of the company and serves as president of Integrity Insurance. He joined Grange in 2010 as president of personal lines. Later, he assumed additional responsibility for the commercial lines business as chief property and casualty officer. With more than 30 years of insurance experience, he previously held leadership positions with Kemper Insurance, Safeco Insurance and GEICO.

Terri Brown

Executive Vice President
Chief Financial Officer

Terri Brown leads financial management, risk management and investments. Terri has more than 25 years in the property and casualty and life insurance business. She has held leadership and finance roles at Allstate Insurance, Aviva North America, Safeco Insurance, Deloitte Consulting and Travelers Insurance.

Tim Cunningham

Executive Vice President
Chief Information Officer

Tim Cunningham leads major technology investments with the goal of delivering excellent customer service through innovative solutions. Previously he served more than 25 years with Bank One/JPMorgan Chase. There he held several leadership roles, including serving as chief technology officer.

Doreen DeLaney Crawley

Executive Vice President
Chief Operations Officer

Doreen DeLaney Crawley oversees all internal operations and delivers on the customer promise at Grange and Integrity Insurance. She leads the company’s claims, billing, customer care, human resources, community relations, diversity and inclusion, real estate and operations teams. Doreen has been part of the Senior Leadership Team since 2010 after holding various senior leadership roles at Computer Sciences Corp., CNA Insurance and Countrywide’s Bank and Insurance companies.

Jeremiah Johnson

Regional Vice President, Sales

Jeremiah Johnson leads the development and execution of sales strategies and agency relationship management in six states across our Grange and Integrity footprint, including Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. He brings nearly 15 years of insurance management and leadership experience and previously held roles at Church Mutual Insurance.

Cheryl Lebens

President of Personal Lines

Cheryl Lebens is responsible for leading personal lines business, including product development and pricing, underwriting management and operations. With 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Cheryl was previously VP, Chief Risk and Strategy Officer. She held various finance, corporate strategy, sales and marketing leadership positions at Nationwide Insurance and Safeco Insurance before joining Grange in 2012.

Beth Murphy

Executive Vice President
Chief Legal Officer

Beth Murphy serves as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors and oversees all corporate legal matters for Grange and Integrity Insurance including regulatory, governmental affairs, compliance, internal audit, and house counsel. In this role, she is responsible for the management of corporate litigation, oversight of specific business transactions between Integrity and third parties and working to ensure the Grange Enterprise Companies maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

John North

President of Commercial Lines

John North oversees all product development and pricing, underwriting management and operations for Grange and Integrity’s commercial lines business. John joined Grange in 2015 as President of Personal Lines. He served as senior vice president of Harleysville Insurance after holding various leadership roles at Fireman’s Fund and Chubb Insurance before joining Grange in 2015.

Linda Roubinek

Executive Vice President
Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer

Linda Roubinek leads the development and execution of the corporate strategy to fulfill the company’s mission and vision and drive profitable growth. She also oversees key transformational focus areas including systems modernization program, business process management and operational excellence functions, in addition to digital/customer and agent experience, project management and innovation. Previously, Linda served as our Chief Customer Interactions Officer and prior to Grange, served in various technology leadership roles at Nationwide Insurance.

Dan Trochil

Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lines

Dan Trochil oversees a team of experienced underwriters and sets the strategy and direction for Integrity’s commercial lines portfolio. He brings nearly 15 years of insurance experience and previously held commercial roles at SECURA Insurance.

Jill Wagner Kelly

Executive Vice President, Chief Distribution Officer

As Chief Distribution Officer, Jill Wagner Kelly is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and growth of agency partner distribution. Jill also oversees marketing programs, brand recognition, and corporate communications in this capacity. She joined Integrity Insurance in 2010 as a vice president of commercial lines underwriting and was named president of Integrity in 2014. With more than 30 years of experience in personal and commercial lines, she has previously held leadership positions with SECURA Insurance.
