Do not allow you to contact them
Integrity Mutual has switched to using an AI phone-bot that consistently cannot understand basic words, and hangs up on you at random. There is no phone number except that one listed, and no email. There is literally no way to contact them with problems, and there are MAJOR problems.
They sent a stranger to our home to photograph it, and didn't give us warning. We turned him away, not realizing he was from insurance, and now we are in danger of losing our policy. When trying to call to reschedule photos, they quite literally will not let us leave a message or speak to anyone. I cannot imagine a worse insurance experience.

Friendly, helpful customer service
Paula was very friendly and cheerful and helpful this afternoon as she assisted me with a question. She answered the phone as if it was a good friend or neighbor calling and was polite, friendly, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. She didn't push me off to someone else's voicemail or any of the things most other companies do when you call, she stayed on the line while she looked into things and followed through with assisting me with my payment once we got the questions figured out. And this experience was on a Friday afternoon. A sweet, friendly way to head into the weekend. :-)

Thorough and professional customer service
I had the pleasure of speaking with customer service agent Andy on 3/14/25 and was quite impressed by how thorough he was in setting expectations for upcoming renewal events and when I could expect my new documentation and invoice. He was equally thorough in discussing how to remove a feature from my account preventing me from paying in full and what to expect with that, as well. He did more than answer my questions and knew what I needed to know, and made sure to explain it. Excellent customer service skills on display throughout the interaction.

After being left hanging to dry by a local agent and the insurance company, Elaine came to the rescue. Having dealt with Elaine and Integrity before for my car insurance, she really did go the extra mile, not by advertising but by physically doing something. Not only that, I saved on my car insurance through a bundle package.
