There nothing like speaking to a native person who gets you. No robots, overseas customer service, and none of that attitude from customer support that gives that "I don't want to work or be here" vibe. The conversation was very welcoming, efficient, professional, and at times, felt like I was talking to a friend. However, that's not the best part, my insurance issues, are being taken care of. :D

Had a very good insurance claim experience
Despite the damage a bad hail storm wrought, Claudia P provided us with a very good insurance claim experience. Communication was prompt and thorough, and the claim process was quick, enabling our new roof to be completed before winter came up on us. I would recommend Integrity/Grange as an insurance carrier to my friends and family!

Poor claims process - 4 months
Blake, my adjuster, nearly cost me 40k from her incompetence. And if it wasn’t incompetence, it was fraudulent so I’m giving the benefit of the doubt. She refused various calls of mine, refused status updates, and only wanted to make the process more difficult. My agent, while polite, was very uninvolved with the claims process despite assuring me when moving to Integrity he helps throughout the process. The time when I need insurance the most is the time Integrity dropped the ball and if it weren’t for my own persistence, intense research, and calling out nonsense, I’d be out a very significant amount of money. I would not recommend Integrity

Great Customer Service
My incident happened on Sunday & I was still able to start my claim on line. Monday morning I received an email that someone would be in touch with me. On Tuesday, my claim person called me and was concerned about my situation. He explained the process, I sent my information & the next day ( Wednesday) , I had a link to receive my funds ( 2-5 business days) .So hopefully I will have my funds soon, so we can begin putting our lives back together from our devastation that occurred in our beautiful home.

Slow and Poor Communication
I was rear-ended by a driver insured by Integrity. Initially, the process was good. I was contacted by an agent a day after the accident to start the process. Then, communication was minimal. I called multiple times a day, emailed the representative, and nothing. Phone and emails were both not answered. After days of waiting, I finally received responses with updates. The reviving factor of not giving them a 0 star review was their total loss representative and prompt payment for total loss. Communication with this rep was great and the process once my vehicle was deemed a total loss was fairly simple. From the accident to the time I received payment for my vehicle, the process took 6 weeks with minimal communication.
