No robots, overseas customer service, and none of that attitude from customer support that gives that "I don't want to work or be here" vibe. The conversation was very welcoming, efficient, professional, and at times, felt like I was talking to a friend. However, that's not the best part, my insurance issues, are being taken care of. :D

Communication was prompt and thorough, and the claim process was quick, enabling our new roof to be completed before winter came up on us. I would recommend Integrity/Grange as an insurance carrier to my friends and family!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor claims process - 4 months Blake, my adjuster, nearly cost me 40k from her incompetence. And if it wasn’t incompetence, it was fraudulent so I’m giving the benefit of the doubt. She refused various calls of mine, refused status updates, and only wanted to make the process more difficult. My agent, while polite, was very uninvolved with the claims process despite assuring me when moving to Integrity he helps throughout the process. The time when I need insurance the most is the time Integrity dropped the ball and if it weren’t for my own persistence, intense research, and calling out nonsense, I’d be out a very significant amount of money. I would not recommend Integrity
