Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointing We have been with Integrity for several years and I was one of their agents for awhile. Everything was fine except that the premiums did raise every single year, we were shopped, but integrity still had the best premium. Our 18-year-old grandson moved in with us temporarily, and when they ran our household, they discovered he was a licensed driver. We supplied our agent with his insurance information because he does have his own insurance and his own car. Well, that wasn’t good enough, they insisted that he be listed on our policy and our premiums more than doubled for six months. Luckily, we were able to find a company that listed him on our policy but non-rated driver and the premiums were much less than what we were paying before he was even added. That is absolutely ridiculous that he would have to pay double insurance, as an 18-year-old he can’t afford that. Just goes to show that you can’t do something nice for somebody without being penalized! So needless to say, we dropped them immediately and went with our new company. Sorry Integrity you get a thumbs down and zero stars for me!
