Great Customer Service
My incident happened on Sunday & I was still able to start my claim on line. Monday morning I received an email that someone would be in touch with me. On Tuesday, my claim person called me and was concerned about my situation. He explained the process, I sent my information & the next day ( Wednesday) , I had a link to receive my funds ( 2-5 business days) .So hopefully I will have my funds soon, so we can begin putting our lives back together from our devastation that occurred in our beautiful home.

Slow and Poor Communication
I was rear-ended by a driver insured by Integrity. Initially, the process was good. I was contacted by an agent a day after the accident to start the process. Then, communication was minimal. I called multiple times a day, emailed the representative, and nothing. Phone and emails were both not answered. After days of waiting, I finally received responses with updates. The reviving factor of not giving them a 0 star review was their total loss representative and prompt payment for total loss. Communication with this rep was great and the process once my vehicle was deemed a total loss was fairly simple. From the accident to the time I received payment for my vehicle, the process took 6 weeks with minimal communication.

Awful experience
Never in my life has my insurance policy changed without me being privy to it, I live alone with my young kids, and my agent somehow added another driver to my policy and took money that I did not have for this payment, that has broken my account and trust in this company.

Process of submitting my claim
Michelle, my contact person for Integrety Insurance, was very prompt in arranging my field agent to check for damage after a hail storm. My concern was my roof which was only 3 years old. After the field agent checked for damage and sent the information to Michelle she was very prompt in returning the information to me. There was no roof damage and the other damage was to the eaves covering and dents in the downspouts which I consider doable for me. And the damage was clearly under my deductible. The information was a relief to me as I was basically concerned if there was any damage to the roof which there wasn't. So I was very happy with the outcome.

Great Customer Service
When we had a storm involving hail and high wind, I found shingles on the ground next to my house. When I contacted a roofer to assess the damage, we contacted Integrity. The agent was very kind, helpful, and informative. Within minutes after the phone call I had text messages and emails outlining the repair process. This is my very first time in my 40 years in my house to make a claim, and Integrity made it much easier.

BEWARE - Some Engine Parts Not Included
Apparently, an intake manifold (required to run the engine) does not fall under any single category of their coverage. This company takes days, weeks to get back to you. And they will make sure to do everything they can to keep from paying out. BEWARE.
