Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not allow you to contact them Integrity Mutual has switched to using an AI phone-bot that consistently cannot understand basic words, and hangs up on you at random. There is no phone number except that one listed, and no email. There is literally no way to contact them with problems, and there are MAJOR problems. They sent a stranger to our home to photograph it, and didn't give us warning. We turned him away, not realizing he was from insurance, and now we are in danger of losing our policy. When trying to call to reschedule photos, they quite literally will not let us leave a message or speak to anyone. I cannot imagine a worse insurance experience.
