Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service My incident happened on Sunday & I was still able to start my claim on line. Monday morning I received an email that someone would be in touch with me. On Tuesday, my claim person called me and was concerned about my situation. He explained the process, I sent my information & the next day ( Wednesday) , I had a link to receive my funds ( 2-5 business days) .So hopefully I will have my funds soon, so we can begin putting our lives back together from our devastation that occurred in our beautiful home.
