No robots, overseas customer service, and none of that attitude from customer support that gives that "I don't want to work or be here" vibe. The conversation was very welcoming, efficient, professional, and at times, felt like I was talking to a friend. However, that's not the best part, my insurance issues, are being taken care of. :D

Communication was prompt and thorough, and the claim process was quick, enabling our new roof to be completed before winter came up on us. I would recommend Integrity/Grange as an insurance carrier to my friends and family!
