Process of submitting my claim
Michelle, my contact person for Integrety Insurance, was very prompt in arranging my field agent to check for damage after a hail storm. My concern was my roof which was only 3 years old. After the field agent checked for damage and sent the information to Michelle she was very prompt in returning the information to me. There was no roof damage and the other damage was to the eaves covering and dents in the downspouts which I consider doable for me. And the damage was clearly under my deductible. The information was a relief to me as I was basically concerned if there was any damage to the roof which there wasn't. So I was very happy with the outcome.

Great Customer Service
When we had a storm involving hail and high wind, I found shingles on the ground next to my house. When I contacted a roofer to assess the damage, we contacted Integrity. The agent was very kind, helpful, and informative. Within minutes after the phone call I had text messages and emails outlining the repair process. This is my very first time in my 40 years in my house to make a claim, and Integrity made it much easier.

VERY SLOW TO ANSWER ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Currently 30 minutes on hold on my roadside assistance phone call. Haven’t heard one humans voice yet. This company has no respect for your time.

BEWARE - Some Engine Parts Not Included
Apparently, an intake manifold (required to run the engine) does not fall under any single category of their coverage. This company takes days, weeks to get back to you. And they will make sure to do everything they can to keep from paying out. BEWARE.
