Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service My incident happened on Sunday & I was still able to start my claim on line. Monday morning I received an email that someone would be in touch with me. On Tuesday, my claim person called me and was concerned about my situation. He explained the process, I sent my information & the next day ( Wednesday) , I had a link to receive my funds ( 2-5 business days) .So hopefully I will have my funds soon, so we can begin putting our lives back together from our devastation that occurred in our beautiful home.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Slow and Poor Communication I was rear-ended by a driver insured by Integrity. Initially, the process was good. I was contacted by an agent a day after the accident to start the process. Then, communication was minimal. I called multiple times a day, emailed the representative, and nothing. Phone and emails were both not answered. After days of waiting, I finally received responses with updates. The reviving factor of not giving them a 0 star review was their total loss representative and prompt payment for total loss. Communication with this rep was great and the process once my vehicle was deemed a total loss was fairly simple. From the accident to the time I received payment for my vehicle, the process took 6 weeks with minimal communication.
