Rated 4 out of 5 by from Customer Service for App The menu options when calling in are confusing and mis leading, BUT once I got someone on the line to help me they did a fantastic job going over everything and making sure I got into the app before they hung up. 10/10 for the customer care specialist who helped me! 2/10 for the phone menu options to find online/app assistance.

She was so patient and understanding with me as I started the process of having the repairs done. They called me almost immedieately, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and had me on my way. The rep, Harrison Z, was kind and polite and his response time was great.

Integrity has never tried to find a loophole to avoid paying anything. Every time we check rates they are always lowest for us. Great company to be insured with!

Especially for my son who should receive his license in the next two months. I couldn’t find an insurance company that would cover him unless he wants to pay about $800 per month. Crazy 😝!

After paying for 10 years with zero claims we got a notice saying they wouldn't renew out policy. They are not a good company and to be honest I feel really stupid for staying with them for as long as I did.
