Great Experience
We’re extremely satisfied with the entire claims process through Integrity/Grange. They were quick to connect us with an adjuster, and quick to move through the process to get us approved for resolution. We also feel like they treated us very fairly with their settlement offer. Our adjuster, Kevin, has been a pleasure to work with.

Customer Service for App
The menu options when calling in are confusing and mis leading, BUT once I got someone on the line to help me they did a fantastic job going over everything and making sure I got into the app before they hung up. 10/10 for the customer care specialist who helped me! 2/10 for the phone menu options to find online/app assistance.

Recent Accident
During my recent accident my agent Terry and loss specialist Tyler were both very helpful. They were advising me on how to proceed with Secure insurance. Secure’s insured was taking full responsibility for my totaled vehicle.
I have had Integrity Insurance for years and have always been happy and confident in the company.

Easy process, patient adjuster!
As a business owner, I don’t have a lot of extra time. Unexpected things like auto claims can be a frustration. I truly appreciated our claims rep, who made this process painless, and was extremely patient with me. I wish all insurance companies would operate like Integrity when it came to claims. Thank you!

I can't say enough about how much i have appreciated being a customer of Grange/Integrity. Beside one of of the affordable car insurances in the market, the staff have been wonderful when help is needed. I recently was in a serious accident and they are on top of every need. Damage from hail and wind storm of June 2022
I entered a 5 star rating due to the helpfulness of my property claims representative. She was so patient and understanding with me as I started the process of having the repairs done. What started as a disaster, in unknown territory for me, turned into a very satisfying completion of all the claims.

Fast and Easy Service
I was dreading having to call to work out my insurance payout, but it turns out I didn't have to worry at all. They called me almost immedieately, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and had me on my way. The rep, Harrison Z, was kind and polite and his response time was great.

Just dealt with integrity insurance company on a claim I just had the best experience I've ever had in my life. Tyler was very courteous quick to respond and settle my claim within a week so refreshing to deal with an awesome company I highly recommend integrity insurance company to everyone.

Adding a person to my auto policy
You added a high risk driver to my auto policy and that was totally unacceptable, the driver never drove my vehicle, doesn't have access to my vehicle; she is married and therefore her husband is responsible for her; just because they were under my roof; you raised my rates way to high

Excellent Service
We have had a few auto claims in the past 12 years, unfortunately, but all have been handled quickly and without hassle. Integrity has never tried to find a loophole to avoid paying anything. Every time we check rates they are always lowest for us. Great company to be insured with!

Excellent Service and response time!!
I had called the insurance agent about damage done to my vehicle from a deer that ran into the door, with in a few hours they were calling me back to get more information as well as pictures so we could proceed with getting the damaged fixed, absolutely amazing customer service!!

Great Customer Service
I’m always impressed by the service Integrity provides. The rates are so reasonable. Especially for my son who should receive his license in the next two months. I couldn’t find an insurance company that would cover him unless he wants to pay about $800 per month. Crazy 😝!

Met with adjuster, week claim his estimate was submitted, Next agent sent me claim info, I accepted the covered amount, next day e-mail was sent with instructions to accept payent which was easy to follow and payment was sent direct deposit to my acct. Awesome service.

Give Kat a Raise!

Over priced and terrible customer service
I wouldn't recommend them to anybody I care about. After paying for 10 years with zero claims we got a notice saying they wouldn't renew out policy. They are not a good company and to be honest I feel really stupid for staying with them for as long as I did.

When a bad thing happened
My vehicle was broke into and personal items stolen. There was extensive damage to the vehicle. Integrity took very good care of me on the repairs to the vehicle. Kalie, the agent, was very helpful and made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction.
